San Francisco based designer, Mary Montane, is most well known as a castway on CBS Survivor, but is also a driven designer in the fashion industry. Mary started designing and selling her own apparel in High School. She continued this trend as she studied Studio Art at California State University East Bay. Having won the accolades of her teachers, Mary was invited to co-teach art classes while as enrolled as a student.
When Mary and her husband welcomed the birth of their first daughter, Giana Vida, Mary’s passion for design, surged. She found that it was hard to find sleek and flirtatious, transitional designs in the diaper bag industry, thus making it her mission to remedy that.
Mary launched Foxy Vida in 2012, after reaching out to moms worldwide, and tirelessly gathering market data to correct what was amiss in the marketplace. She did not want moms, like herself, to compromise on supreme function, style and purpose.
Today, Foxy Vida answers the call for, transitional diaper bag pieces, which can be worn multiple ways, and span multiple functions. Foxy Vida is the new standard of luxury in action, before, during and after the diapers are changed.
Our Mission is to inspire and reward moms everywhere, by creating products for the most sacred time in her life and beyond. It’s not just all about baby anymore!
